During the Programme, you will gain experience in several roles in your business area. The number of rotations, their duration and location can vary according to your Programme and the available opportunities, but in general you will be expected to cover 3-5 roles of 12 months and we will ask you to be geographically mobile.
Over the course of the three years you will work across a minimum of 2 of our industry leading operations sites and with responsibility increasing with each rotation, you will develop a deep understanding of our production facilities and gain valuable experience in the field.
