Our graduate careers advice hub is aimed at guiding job hunters with information that should be relevant at every stage of the process. This includes creating a CV, preparing for an interview and managing a job offer.
Our site lets you search for positions that relate to your degree subject. You can then apply online for a role or register. Either way our team of consultants will become aware of your profile and will be ready to introduce you to new roles as soon as they are live.
The graduate jobs that are listed on our site are with employers who have asked our staff to provide a shortlist of suitable candidates. Our team of recruitment consultants call applicants who appear suitable and conduct a phone interview to determine the strongest candidates for each position. Our consultants then forward the CVs belonging to the shortlisted candidates to the hiring company and will wait for their feedback before scheduling interviews.
We relay feedback between our candidates and the companies. This includes post-interview feedback and also the details of any job offer. Our team of consultants have a lot of experience and can help guide graduates through the interview process and job offer stage. We are rewarded with a one off “placement fee” if we introduce a candidate who joins the hiring company. This fee does not affect the starting salary and is paid by the company. Our services are free to candidates. Graduates are paid directly by the company and we do not have any further involvement once they have started work.
