The fact that just 15% of engineering graduates and 19% of computer science graduates are female means that it is harder for female students to have role-models and friends in industry. Our site and social media channels create a community that offers advice, knowledge and connections for female STEM students. We rely upon content from recent graduates, employers and universities so that we can share their knowledge. We are grateful to all the Careers Services and University Departments who promote our site to their students and contribute towards our content.
