Apprentice Careers Fair Events

STEM Women has been running apprentice events since 2024.

Our apprentice events are aimed at a younger audience and they attract women who are studying in year 12 or 13 at school or college.

The apprentice events take place in the morning, at venues that are hosting afternoon graduate events on the same day. This gives employers the opportunity to take part in two STEM Women events on one day.

The format of our apprentice events is very similar to our graduate events but they do include a welcome talk.

Bespoke Graduate Careers Events

STEM Women has ran bespoke graduate events for companies who want an exclusive event.

We can work with a small number of employers each year to offer a personalised event that attracts women from specific courses or with an interest in a particular industry sector.

This is a great way to attract women to your company offices so that they can hear talks, meet the team and learn about all the opportunities on offer.

Our team can source attendees, offer advice on the event format and deliver on the day event support and hosting.

How do we source our event attendees?

We use a range of different avenues to source our event attendees and grow our STEM Women community. From our established internal database of candidates to our specialist sourcing team, and digital marketing campaigns, we have built up a comprehensive process which has enabled us to continue to increase our event sign up numbers year on year. Alongside our inhouse methods, we also work closely with universities, societies, likeminded organisations, and advertising agencies to attract our target attendees.
