People are central to our success and we are committed to training and developing our people. Through our Commercial Graduate Development Scheme, our graduates are able to gain experience within Subsea 7's key commercial departments.

We are looking graduates to join our Commercial Graduate Development Scheme (GGDS) in September/October 2020 in our London offices (UK).

The Scheme is a 2-year rotational programme, enabling graduates to gain experience of Subsea 7's Supply Chain Management, HSEQ (Quality), Planning, Commercial Performance and Tendering departments.

The home department for this role will be decided once training period has been completed and it is envisaged that after the rotational training period the successful candidate will return to specialise in this field.

There are four main elements:

On-the-job development

Through on-the-job training, you will develop key capabilities related to Contracts, Project Control, Tendering, Quality and Supply Chain Management through rotations in these functions.

Formal training courses

Locally delivered training which provides the opportunity to gain deeper insights of some key aspects related to Commercial and Project Support functions.

Mentoring

You will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance and support your career development.

Personal development

You will participate in project tasks to challenge your presentation and team-building skills, as well as building a network with other Subsea 7 Graduates hired in different locations.

During the rotations, Graduates may have the opportunity to visit the other Subsea 7 locations ranging from France, Norway, Brazil, Malaysia, or Australia.

Applications are now sought from degree qualified candidates who are holding a bachelor’s degree preferably in one of the following:

  • Engineering with a related commercial subject
