Where would I work?
You will be based at our Global Headquarters in Burgess Hill, Sussex, a short drive away from the vibrant seaside city of Brighton and Hove. For our Graduates, you may also undertake a placement at one of our manufacturing sites at either Eastbourne (Sussex) or Clevedon (near Bristol).
Day to day you will be growing your skills and experience in a technical environment allowing you to gain valuable business knowledge and influence and deliver important projects. You will gain project management experience working within a truly global multidisciplinary organisation and whether you join our IT & Business or Science & Engineering Innovation programmes, you will be learning about vacuum and abatement science and our customers’ applications.
We are looking for bright, passionate individuals who are predicted a 2:1 degree or above. Importantly, you will have a passion for working in a Scientific/Technical environment and have the right skills to work with internal clients and stakeholders. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a specialist team. You will also be a good problem solver and be able to apply technical knowledge to analyse problems and develop innovative solutions.
