Job title: Junior Insight Analyst

Reports to: Lead Insign Analyst
Reporting to the lead insight analyst you will export and manipulate data reports from web analytics tools. We are looking for a creative individual who can make numbers exciting for our clients. Web analytics is currently a highly desirable skill within the work place, where you can have your finger on the button of insight and provide a lasting impact on a company’s business objectives.
As part of the Customer Experience department, you will be working closely with our Content, Strategy and User Experience teams. You will be pivotal to identifying online business objectives and how these should be measured for our clients. This might mean analysing existing research, finding supporting data or providing competitive analysis to help clients refine and optimise their digital channels.
You’ll produce insights through data analysis, and work with our teams to develop these into practical recommendations. You will then utilise A/B testing tools to determine the effectiveness of those recommendations.

The techy bit….we need you to be really great at:
We are looking for recent graduate to join our existing insight analyst team help develop and enhance our client’s digital strategies. You should be passionate about web technology and have experience of manipulating data in excel, creating formulae and pivot tables. You will also need to be confident working directly with clients and presenting your findings to a business audience. Experience with any web analytics tool (Google Analytics, IBM Coremetrics, Adobe SiteCatalyst) is a plus.
Successful candidates will have:
• A passion for data and the web, including basic knowledge of HTML
• Communicate and present clearly, both to a team and to clients
• Manage time efficiently and can focus on multiple projects
• Take pride in their work and strive for excellence
• Demonstrate a professional outlook
• Adapt quickly to new technology and a fast paced environment
• Numerically adept in using Excel; creating formulae and pivot tables, VBA a bonus
• Highly proficiently in Word, Powerpoint
• Previous coding experience a plus (this doesn’t have to be extensive)
• A highly driven individual, passionate about delivering excellence
• Experience with web analytics tools a plus (Google Analytics, IBM Coremetrics, Adobe Site Catalyst)
• Experience in qualitative analysis tools a plus (Hitwise, comScore Media Metrix)
• Experience with A/B testing or session replay tools a plus
