We are currently looking to recruit a Management Trainee Site Manager to join our team in Exeter. As a Trainee Site Manager you will be directly involved in construction management and site operations. Your career is all about working with Willmott Dixon colleagues and the supply chain to plan and manage the construction processes on site to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, to quality and on budget.

All that we ask is that you have a passion for building a career in construction. The programme will give you a great foundation; you will get exposure to all areas of our business to develop your understanding of the construction business as a whole not just your chosen discipline. The length of your programme will depend on your entry route, generally between two and four years. On successful completion of the training programme you will be positively supported to complete a professional qualification such as CIOB and progress onto an Assistant Site Manager role within the business.

- 12 months relevant work or industry experience
- Working towards appropriate professional membership
